yes games that have been given away for free can't be given away anymore the same for games that have been removed from steam u could also have a look on the FAQ this wil help you even more and will prevent you from making silly mistakes :P And welcome to Sg!

next time u could look at discussions search and enter the name of the game sometimes u find topics on it that says this game xx free nowfor example https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/1IjgV/free-between-me-and-the-night-indiegala-ended or https://www.reddit.com/r/FreeGameFindings/ is also handy i geuss but basically any game u can´t find to giveaway unless its really new it will probably mean u can´t give it away anymore due to it being given away for free some time ago however if u found agame thats pretty new u could make a ticket to support and have it active on SG to give away but thats mainly for newer games

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.. didn't seem like a bug/suggestion area, so figured I'd ask here. I had an extra key for a game called Between Me and the Night, yet when creating the giveaway, it doesn't show up when typing the title. Are some games blacklisted on SG?
