Steam support no answer after 15 days

I'd suggest you copy paste your original question, maybe rephrased, into a comment and then, hopefully, you should get a "reply" in a week or so.

Mind you though, the first 2-3 replies from steam support are usually copy&paste from the ToS that have nothing to do with whatever problem you are dealing with.

Take a coffee* and wait.

I usually start to worry after 2-3 months .

You should expect a response ~ Christmass if you ware a good boy !

Steam support took 15 days for me

If I remember well the last ticket I opened, the first (automated) reply states something that means "if you need more help you have to add another comment". No need to spam I guess, but one reply can be useful.

Two weeks and you expect answer already? You must be new around here. Steam usually takes at least a month even for G8 country residents, way over six weeks for most poorer people.

I never had to wait more than 2 days until I got my answer and I wrote them about 5 times already, but that's probably because it's the german Steam support (even when I write them in english).

DDoS them to call their attention.
