How does it even make sense for you to think it isn't against the rules to circumvent CV limits, or even not being able to give something away, by giving something different away from the giveaway you've listed?

There have actually been people who tried to give away a free game under a different name then tried to justify it with similar grammar. They really do exist, but judging from his profile, it's almost certainly sarcasm.

Early-Access still gives you access to the full game later on.. it's just an earlier release. Where Beta is most of the times only a temporary game which you won't own unless you buy the real product later on.
