Create giveaways with regional restriction?

Yeah this is old. It's probably just a matter of time before it's implemented.

I really wouldn't have a problem with this being implemented, so long as they are given their own section or a way to easily skip over stuff that you can't enter. I don't want my main giveaway list cluttered up with Russian giveaways, just to save time.

I won a giveaway six days ago that turned out to be regionally restricted without being advertised as such. So I can't claim the gift, because then I risk someone going "hey you won a game and didn't activate it, someone ban that clown". And I pretty much feel obligated to make a support ticket getting the other guy in trouble, even though it isn't totally clear he actually knew he was doing anything wrong (though ignorance of the rules is no excuse). It's a crummy situation all round.

Just opening up the option to have regional giveaways in their own subgroup, at least on the surface, would seem to solve more problems than it creates.
