The girl becomes a dinosaur but somehow retains the size, length and shape of her arms and hands. At the very end, she goes on The Voice to try and achieve her dream, but she can't hold the microphone in front of her massive head. She tries asking for a microphone stand, but no one could understand her growls and roars. She tries singing without a microphone, pushing past all the adversity, but none of the judges wanted her, saying that her voice was too hoarse. Really sad. :(

I think you somehow missed the most important part of the plot, where it was her other life-long dream to have a dinosaur's head. And the story partially revolves around the ideas of fate, the inability to pursue all of your dreams and choices you have to make in your life and their long-lasting consequences.
Also: if you missed that one too, all the judges on the contest were horse (except for the two: the unicorn and the pony), so saying her voice was hoarse was actually a high appraisal of her talent.
I suggest you go and play the game again paying attention to detail.

I have just finished the game. And the feels are overwhelming!
