Since when? When you buy it as a gift you either send it or put into inventory. You just cannot trade it for a month.

Since May. They removed the inventory & email options for buying new Steam gifts. Any old gifts left in inventory from before then will still work the old way, but once they are gone that's it.
You now have to be friends with someone to buy them a gift, and the game cannot cost more than about 10% difference from your region. Which means, for example, someone in the US cannot gift gifts to someone in Europe in most cases these days due to regional currency differences.

I made some serious money on trading back then. Bought some pre-orders from it. I still have quite few gifts in my inventory, so they might be useful later on, since you are not able to store the new ones anymore. This might also be the reason why you only see bundle games and grey market keys here lately and no AAA gifts :D

For Steamgifts purposes, if you want to give a game from the Steam store, you have to become Steam friends with the winner, you have to live in a country that uses compatible currency with the winner, and if the game is on sale, you have to complete the gift delivery before the sale ends (since you cannot buy now and save it for later) otherwise you''ll have to pay full price... or hope they will agree to delete the giveaway...

The biggest point is the one with sales. I do not want to sound cheap but I rarely buy a game that is not on sale (EU region here and 1 USD =/= 1 EUR even if Steam thinks so ... yeah I know about 21% EU taxation but still ...).

Warframe Prime Access: Tempest Barrage Pack, Warframe Prime Access: Tidal Surge Pack and Warframe Prime Access: Tentacle Swarm Pack are all listed as N/A on the store page although they're accessible via their own pages. It looks like a temporary price glitch.
But holy crap, 140€? I wouldn't pay even the glitch price of 9€ let alone that insane amount. But this bundle isn't for me, so for those that are into Warframe and need that stuff I guess it's a steal.

The game is awesome, it's a MMO that doesn't really feel like an MMO due to the very fluid gameplay.
The only real problem is the grindy edge of MMO, that turns us into wanna-be asiatics to get gear quickly, and when we don't get things quickly, we get frustrated and complain that the game sucks.
But no, the game is actually amazing.

It's often affectionately referred to as Grindframe and Fashionframe. I've put thousands of hours into it. :p
It's huge and a bit overwhelming at the start, but the things you should concentrate on is unlocking the star chart and playing through the quest lines. The quest lines introduce many concepts you'll need.
