[improvement] option to disable choosen games

Hi. I think it would be nice to have option to disable viewing specified games. I think it would be nice feature. Last days there are so many "The Ship - Complete Pack" or "Dota 2" since today. And if someone have those games or don't have, but don't want to see another "The Ship" giveaways it would be lovely option. What do you think guys?
