No calling out on this forum. Also I wouldn't go first on a random stranger on the internet. Try to report him to steam with proof/screenshot, but I only see a little chance for you.

Why did you give him the game? If you trade something - trade at the same time. Or, if he has less +rep in Steamtrades - he goes first. Also, for keys - if you have more +rep than the guy with key - he goes first. If he has more +rep than you - you probably will be asked to go first. But you can always ask to give proof other guy has actual key.

You are swearing and being kind of mean. You should try to be more nice to people... calling out is not allowed, and I don't actually care if it's your own fault or not. If he is a scammer, report him - not much else to do.
