Bug: Arma 3 Tools needs to be removed from the GA list it's free not $70

No sense in having this available as a GA even though to date only one person has discovered it is there.
It's in the GA list for 70CV.

Is a free app that is available to everyone on Steam. Whether you own the actual game or not. The price on the page is for the complete Arma 3 package, and is otherwise unrelated to the Tools listing.
