I'd say an infected browser. I at least don't get any ad except for the one of the right.

"Ad by DNSUnlocker" -> quick Google indicates DNSUnlocker appears to be adware/malware.
So yeah, infected browser

Well, Bitdefender adware removal tool found nothing, gonna try some other tools to be sure.
