Why is there so many individual cogs giveaways? just wondering :)

i know they were in the humble indie bundle but there has been a lot of cogs giveaways on its own, just wondering where they are all coming from? :P

For people who already bought cogs before the giveaway and redeemed the indie bundle, they got an extra copy on steam.

Note* It's a rare bug that happens and causes that. It doesn't happen to everyone, and HB staff has responded that they're ok with it happening. That is why it is allowed.

Not everyone. I had Cogs before HIB3 and I didn't get extra copy
