SG Tools says i have unactivated wins, but it's not true..

What to say.. i've tried to enter this:
http://www.sgtools.info/giveaways/883df583-a283-11e7-bc56-fa163ee2f826
and it says:
"Your account is flagged as having some unactivated Wins or your profile is Private.
This also can happen when Steam is down when you account synchronizes, if that is the case synchronize again."
Neither i have unactivated wins, nor my profile is private. Is this due to recent removal of games from Steam?
Synced but still the same..

Yes safeguard garrison 2 was one of those games.
Think they were removed but maybe takes a bit of time.

Did you sync just here or on sgtools too?

If its not in the sgtool whitelist, post here: https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/b736C/tool-sgtools-new-section-deals

EDIT: It should be there as it's mentioned in the list, but Knsys might have missed it.

Knsys added safeguard garrison 2 to the whitelist.

I've checked you on SGTools and you don't have any un-activated wins anymore. :-)

Hello, i'm unearthing a topic so i don't have to create another one (sorry for the notification Yoko !), but i can't pass the activated wins on SG Tools anymore. I have always activated everything, and synced everything that could be, is there a way to find out which game(s) make(s) this happen ? Thanks.

I had that happen before, the GA was for one version of a game but the key was for a different one. Only thing you can do is talk to the GA creator and let them know so they can try to get the GA changed to the correct game. If they can't or don't want to bother your only option is to change it to not received.

Yes, I was told by a mod that support can change it. He told me to let the GA creator know about it so they can contact support.

As far as i know, at least that was the handling when i had a ticket for it, it is only possible to change from one VERSION of a game to a other VERSION of the same game, NOT to a other game. So the same game but Deluxe --> Definitive --> Standard.

But maybe the handling changed. Try your luck.

In the end it was not really a SGTools issue, it's just SGTools that pointed out to the real problem.

Every time I activate a key from here, I go to the GA and click on the game image in the upper left. If the game was entered correctly, you'll get the green banner saying you own it.

Hope this helps you or someone else in the future.

That's weird, i see it in my Steam app, but when i go to the game's page on a browser, it appears as not in my library oO

What can i do about it ?
