Run MalwareBytes or SpyBot: Search & Destroy from time to time, they don't protect you in real time like a full antivirus in their free versions, but they do detects a lot more malicious stuff than most antiviruses. and they don't slow the PC as much. AdBlock Plus + Malware Bytes and/or Spybot = clean pc, mostly.

Spybot's "Teatimer" does protect you in real-time if you enable it.

portableapps.com -- portable-ized freeware collection designed to be run from a flash stick, though it also runs pretty well out of dropbox. I run things like Stickies, KeePass, Notepad++ or gVim, and calibre out of it and it keeps everything in sync between systems, plus it's good for corralling a lot of random utilities and keeping them up to date.

1- Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for the prevention & removal of malware.
2- Panda Cloud Anti-Virus can find newly created "day-zero" viruses, and removes them (day-zero viruses are not protected against by traditional antivirus vendors, hence the important of the cloud/online scanner feature.)
3- Microsoft Safety Scanner for offline virus scanning (non-cloud).
4- CCleaner
5- UltraDefrag
6- Razer Game Booster
