Steamgifts doesn't recognise contribution?

I just had a private giveaway for COD: Advanced Warfare, and my friend received the gift. It says on created giveaways that he received the gift, and it showed up on the recently received gifts list, but my account says I haven't given away any games.

Any help? Thanks in advance.

The giveaway must have more than 1 entry to receive CV. Also, please read the FAQ.

It was marked as received by the "winner", who the OP claims "received" the gift. This isn't a callout. I just quoted the facts as presented by the OP.
