My guess would be bans.

Whoever sent you the game you won will be watching if you play it or not. You can be pretty sure of that.

If you don't redeem it, we ban you. And tell you family. And assault your children.

What if we don't use the gift right away, but keep the game in our inventory. Will we get banned or whatever for not playing it, or is that good enough since it would clearly mean it hasn't been gifted?

Is it possible to gift games back to the one who sent them? If so, would that warrant for a ban?

So all Magicka DLCs always show up in someone's game list right?
