Go to local tourneys or bigger scale tourneys, meet people, get people to talk about you, build somewhat of a fanbase (where people look to see if you are competing), get into streaming, if you can, for more of a presence. I think its one of those things where if you aren't willing to go out and create your own professional LoL/Dota2/CSGO/whatever, you will definitely have to get noticed so yeah...good luck friend! :)

  1. Be good.
  2. Be friends with other good people.

If you're a girl:

  1. Be decent.
  2. Be cute.
  3. Sound cute.
This is just a joke though. I'm not a misogynist. I'm a grill myself. ;c

Game?

Edit: Based on your profile i can assume that the game is CSGO...

Introduction
You will listen a lot of people say
1 - CS is not aim, it's only brain == FALSE
2 - Ping doesn't matter == FALSE
3 - TeamPlay is the most important thing == FALSE
4- Gaming Gear is not the most important thing == FALSE

Setup
So first of all buy a good mouse and pad, then you should determine if you are a low or high sense player, if you are a rifler or an awper.
Then L2P. Do a lot of deathmatch for fast mouse movements (180/360°) and aim maps for mouse training (you can use also a map called aim_botz)

Begin
When you feel that you are at one good level play esl for the 1on1 ladder, learn to take control of maps. You should always know where is your enemy even if you can't see him. Don't play ESL Versus.
Then play 1on1 on aim maps (zengaming is a good site)

Meantime
In the meantime you will find some friends that not are completely noobs try to do some matchmaking for finding a good lineup. Take note of your best(player)friends.

Team
When you have a good lineup play esl 5on5 ladder and mIRC pcw search for your team skill (low/med/high)

PROTeam
Say hello to Pasha by me :D
