Why are there 194,99€ games giveaways?

I found a couple of giveaways for these games. This is ridiculous. These look more like low effort garbage than actual games. Who buys these? Who gives them away? Especially at this price. Also, these are the games from a same developer. Something's not right about these.

Yep, but not just money laundering, and both Russians and Ukrainians are doing this.

it could be a method to launder cash from stolen credit cards
it could be a method to evade sanctions, if direct transfers are not possible
it could be a way to give support, like an "if you are buying this game, you are supporting the Ukrainian Army" thing
it could really just be CV farming

Only the publisher knows, or possibly the creator of the giveaway (who might be a bot - I wonder where do the keys come from?)
