I watched the entries of this giveaway, I mostly added people who have AAA games in their steam accounts and more than 1000 games, but here in sg they have 1 sent gift and 50+ wins (50 the least, few of them have 200+).
Also added some people with very bad ratio only if their last public/invite only giveaway were 6 months ago+. (So much latin sg users macking giveaways for a closed group of friends, they win from the community but only gift to friends).
I analyzed each case...I didn't clicked the blacklist button without thinking.

I don't see myself fulfilling any of those criteria but I still seem to be on it, so apparently 1:2 ratio and several public GAs a month are enough reason for you. If you have another explanation I'd love to hear it

None of the games I gifted were free though @_@ (Bioshock when I gifted it wasn't free at the time) and I rarely actually speak on the forums or even look at it much.
