Do a support ticket explaining it. Region blocked giveaways are not allowed.

I'm sorry for that. As stated in the rules of this site, cdkeys or gifts region blocked are against the rules. You can mark the win as not received, as well as trying to contact him. Don't give the key to someone else.

Make a ticket so we can check what can be done about it.
