Atomic fabrique banned

Judging from the tracker: https://steam-tracker.com/changelog
It looks like that "dev who makes 50cp trash asset flips and other rubbish that get posted by the hundreds in DIG bundles" finally got banned from steam. Still a few of their alt accounts to go.

Hopefully this should reduce the sheer number of those excessively high CP yet trash games on SteamGifts.
