I guessed the last letter on the second key and it came up on the next screen as a "purchase error"

Should make a puzzle for that, locking people out is frowned upon. Using ITH they have to wait 30 secs between tries.

Free Keys, never. Solvable puzzles, never (even impossible ones). Incomplete keys, I've seen a few threads closed in the past because of that. Ninja protection is fine, be creative. Incomplete, not so much. This is what I've seen anyway.
