One of my friends went to south america (to Colombia or Bolivia if i remember correctly) after his Abitur. He worked voluntarily as a teacher there, and told me some really interesting stories about the life, people and nature there. You'd definitly not become rich, at least not financially, but it may be worth a try, especially if you are interested in the culture. I think the place/organization where he worked is called "Centro Cultural Ayopayamanta". Hope that'll help you in some way :)

Unfortunately i can't help you with suggestions, as i'm not experienced with those things. But don't expect it to be a well paid job in other countries, expect it to be more of a life experience.

I heard high schools in Japan do hire English and German teachers even if they don't speak Japanese. But you might need an extra certificate.
