Am I correct to assume that your clearance train are all standard invite only giveaways and that the first wagon is a SG Tools giveway that opens the doors for the rest of your giveaways?

I'm not hijacking your post but I have done some SGT giveaways to learn about their functionality.In one of them I had a party crasher with several multiple wins and non activations while the SGT reqs were: all activated wins; no multiple wins and no VAC bans.
That user was not in the list of valid entries and only in the list of invalid entries. So it's clear that he got the SGT entry link from someone else than SGT most probably a buddy of his. How strange that It was someone with a ratio in the vicinity of 220 won/10 gifted (Btw that kind of ratio is imhpo a definite reason to really use the SGT ratio possibilities for every giveaway).
I blacklisted and blocked that user on Steam.
Reported the user for leaked invite only giveaway to SG support 5 days ago but the ticket is still pending.
Reported this to Knsys, the dev of SGT. And amongst things he said this:

Odd, seemed to work fine to me. Your profile should pass. Well unless you just failed because of winning Skyrim twice and just now marked the first one as not received. Looks weird that you thanked the giveaway creator for the game 10 minutes after it ended though.

i think it doesnt have anything with skyrim but Orcs Must Die! - Lost Adventures, Zombie Driver: Summer of Slaughter and Galactic Arms Race. sgtools has problems cheking for those. basically if you have won : Orcs Must Die! - Lost Adventures, AI War: Light of the Spire, Orcs Must Die 2 - Are We There Yeti?, Orcs Must Die! 2 - Fire and Water Booster Pack, Orcs Must Die! 2 - Family Ties Booster Pack, Zombie Driver: Summer of Slaughter or Galactic Arms Race sgtools will say that you have non-activated gift

I'm pretty sure (99% certain) that every one of those is ignored because the Steam API does not allow for them to be checked.

I'm still clearing out old keys. I have leveled up to 4 since the last train I did so I am now doing all my GA's at level 4 also. It's just bundle games but maybe it will fill in some gaps for someone.
