I have 1000 Entries and 0 wins, but the day will come! I hope..
So I made giveaway to celebrate my failure.

Please don't abuse the re-roll Support thing, it's a really nice gesture. but like support said, "special rules" for giveaways require mods approval.

Yeh, next time just make it private and put the link in the thread. Same results but then you can set any rules you want.

BTW, have you considered joining one of the group for people who have never won? Much better odds there.

I just think the randomizing winner variable needs fixing. There are probably often too many common randomized numbers and it's always that number who wins. Ironically that doesn't guarantee the same person to win. When I did rdmn code in programming software 1-6. 3 4 5 were more common.
