Just decided to pick this up and was able to get all 18 games that are in the bundle right now for $10. Same price as only picking 10. Not sure if anyone knew this. I didn't see it mentioned in the post itself.
Edit: I'm an idiot and was thinking it said 10 games for $10. I did get all 18 games for $10 but the price for 10 games is actually $3.99 and then it grouped 5 for $2.99 then 3 were $1 each. So didn't get the deal I really thought. haha

It does not work, it groups the games in batches: ten games for the maximum discount, 5 games for the next level and the rest at euro per game.
At least it's what appears to me.

I'm an idiot. I was thinking 10 games were $10. I did only pay $10 for all of them though because it grouped them like you are seeing. I just didn't pay attention enough.
