Dead Island for sure with 75 hours or so. I have no regrets buying it on release!

I think Bioshock Infinite.

Orcs must die 2: 36hrs (endless mode ftw)
Dungeon Defenders: 34hrs
Sanctum: 24hrs
Civ V: 20hrs
Warlock: 19hrs

Guess i like some strategy games.
