Found this here :

Go to \Steam\steamapps\common\Afterfall InSanity\RascalGame\Config
and open DefaultEngine.ini file
and find line bForceNoMovies=
and change the value from FALSE to TRUE
save file
launch the game, enjoy (Thx Slay___ For this.)
