Overcooked 2 price glitch?

Just noticed that the current base price of Overcooked 2 on Steam is a lot cheaper than on the Humble Store ($8.50 vs $25). Is this a price glitch or what?

EDIT: My bad, overseas at the moment and local Steam store happened to have prices in USD so I didn't realize it was just regional pricing.
