It is normal here. If you make puzzle, you will get BL. But this time I think the reason is that you didn't use the right category for it and people just thought it is a shitpost. They didn't recognize that it is a puzzle.

Well, people blacklist for no discernible reason whatsoever on this site - and actually, it can be very frustrating to waste time trying to understand a stranger's idea of "logic" for a puzzle like this.

I notice you're from Sweden and Eindirk from Germany, so I can understand how you'd understand it that way, and presumably that was his intended meaning - but as a native speaker we don't make the same connections, and the clue just seemed nonsensical.

It's often less for a making a puzzle, and more for the specific presentation of it. I know some individuals blacklist anyone that makes a jigsaw, because they hate jigsaws. Apparently just passing over it entirely is too unbearable..
Flip side, some users have legitimate grievance with puzzlemakers, when the puzzlemakers end up acting deeply rude when sticking to their own personal logic, insisting that it's easy and that anyone that can't figure it out is an idiot.
While you haven't done that, the lack of hints may cause those that are frustrated easily to feel a similar vibe from your puzzle- though, as is often the case with blacklists that aren't provoked by people being directly disrespectful toward others, it's even more likely to be based in spite, whimsy, or considerations that are specific to that user (and which we shouldn't waste energy guessing at, or worrying over).
As noted, putting this in the Puzzles category may be to your benefit, as it'll draw the users that specialize in puzzles and keep close attention to the subforum, while not getting less puzzle-inclined users frustrated with their bumping into the puzzle.
