Yup, I remember contacting support the first time I came across this. I looked all over the site for answers (I thought). The last place I EVER look for FAQS is the forum... lol I am also unobservant.

Edit: Jesus, I just noticed it just now that there is a grey bar with "FAQ" on it. How long has that been there!? xD
