Steam buy no go?

Is anyone else not able to buy anything from Steam at the moment? I keep trying to buy a couple of the race games, and it just comes up as an error, I assume it times out or something. I've never had a problem before. I did manage to get to the "Reveiw + Purchase" step once, but it usually doesn't pass the "Payment Info" step. I have tried checking for updates for Steam, and tried restarting Steam.
