Useful?
I can only find one giveaway at the moment (it's also just been released this November).
also note the description in a giveaway "Thanks to PLAY Mephistowaltz for providing the game keys. To whomever wins I encourage you to write about your experience with the game, and for those who could not receive the game, if it's something you think you might enjoy; wishlist it!"

So, which shady site is giving us Arthur's Revenge?

Dunno how I missed that - Must be since it wasnt on Humble this year. Thanks!

All the House Flipper giveaways are being done by the same user. After a quick glance, he seems to be promoting some of his own developed games in the description box, which share the same publisher as House Flipper. It's possible he just has connections / was provided extra keys in some form, rather than it being bundled somewhere (unfortunately). :c

Now that I take a closer look they're actually promoting some other giveaway site that has gleam giveaways promoting their other games. Might be against the site's rules...

I think you can do some promotion on the giveaways, the main problem I see with this particular case is the name of the promoted site, same name as this one (steamgifts), different domain (.io). I'm not sure if that could be considered misleading.

It is the most obvious game-of-the-week to use to advertise one's own game/channel/website/scam site to the masses. There are no real deals on it, CD Projekt does not like to sell at many stores. Humble Choice subscribers can get it at -20% for pre-order and that is it.

Well it's substantially cheaper by digitally travellin' the world. If one already wants a GOG copy anyway (so all the money goes to the dev studio), I'm told they have a rich variety of regional prices over there, and it shouldn't be hard at all to make use of them. Not like Steam, who actually use all kinds of address verification technology these days..

'As much as possible' is obviously percentage-related.
If you just want to give 200€ to some devs, nobody stops you from buying gift copies. Don't even need to redeem / gift them.
(Except it's not actually going to increase the wages of those slaving in the CDPR salt mines, but that's an entirely different topic)

This thread is created so you can ask other community users the source of those giveaways.

Make sure to check the forums first and still haven’t got the answer before asking tho.
