I know this website is often misused, and I know Support do a good job at limiting it.
But I won't tell you what to think, that's for you to decide.
Here's what I think: the first line of your comment is helpful as you say something I might not know (though if you checked I've been around a bit more than a couple days). Support would suspend me, nor remove me but you give the idea.

Tried it, and it worked. As asepwashere said it's a bit shady. You have to give your e-mail, like them on FB if you want a 5% discount code (which didn't work for me at the payment -showed correctly on the checkout, though-) and then you have to verify your phone number. After all the process, you'll get the key. I redeemed it successfully on Steam as "Call Of Duty - Black Ops II + Nuketown 2025 Retail (RoW)". If I try to install it I get:
Call Of Duty: Black Ops II
Call Of Duty: Black Ops II - Multiplayer
Call Of Duty: Black Ops II - Zombies
I'll now cross my fingers...

You have the option of getting the confirmation code via voice call, or sms. I did it via voice just because of that, I didn't want any problem with possible premium text services subscriptions. Regarding spam, I haven't received anything on my phone.

I am not sure if it's the Digital Deluxe version, in my library I have 3 separate items:
Call Of Duty: Black Ops II
Call Of Duty: Black Ops II - Multiplayer
Call Of Duty: Black Ops II - Zombies
When I redeemed the key, Steam said it was "Call Of Duty - Black Ops II + Nuketown 2025 Retail (RoW)". If I try to purchase the base game or the Digital Deluxe version, it says I can't purchase it for myself because I already own it. However, if I check the "Call of Duty - Black Ops II Bundle (ROW)" pack, "Call of Duty®: Black Ops II - Nuketown Zombies Map" is not shown as owned.
