Far Cry 3 involves a lot of exploration... so does the latest Tomb Raider. After quite some time in Dark Souls I ended up playing in "autopilot" while watching movies as well...

Yeah, FPS multiplayer games are great for casual players. Maybe you should try Battlefield or CoD. MOBAs are nice too. Play a game of Dota 2 while you're watching TV. I guarantee it will be a great experience!

What do you mean ? He did not ask for multi FPS, he wants a game that's fun and easy to play while doing something else...
Or is that some kind of sarcasm and you are you referring to Far Cry 3 ? Because Far Cry 3 is before anything a singleplayer experience, and most of the time quite easy and slow-paced, and involves a lot of exploration, which lets you do something else while playing... But you have the right to disagree, just don't be an ass unless necessary.
edit : and I just suggested these games because I enjoyed them a lot, and recently.

Reus, Game Dev Tycoon and The Sims are nice games for that.

Heroes of Might and Magic - many to choose from. HoMM3Complete+EraII is great, but the newer ones are fine as well.
Dead Pixels - Finished it 100% while playing windowed watching series and movies.
Settlers - Not that challenging.
Minecraft - As casual as you want it to be.
RIFT - Or any other MMO at that matter. Just casual grinding no need to PvP or anything.
Turn-Based games. HoMM is one of them. Just google for a list and go through it.

Ok so i wanna play a game. Preferably one that only needs a mouse or keyboard. Or a 360 controller. Just something casual i dont have to concentrate on just have fun dont have to worry about zombies eating my face off or someone catching me while hiding a body and have to fight off an army, or have some 1337 person play against my team of slightly less than average intelligent people. Just something i can lay back chill watch a movie in the background and play. Thanks guys
