Hope they haven't been haxored. I had many unused keys on there.

Getting time outs on the main page half the time.
If that loads properly I can't view the individual bundle pages. It's telling me there's an error and I'll be directed to the main page which might load, might not.
No indication I was logged in earlier - it was saying server error where it usually has my email address.
Now I am logged in apparently as my email addy is there but there's no pic of my Steam avatar to show it's linked, and nothing to click on to access my libraries.

Seems ok right now.

Learned in the past few days that they're not the best when it comes to customer service after previously thinking they were good. They have a twitter account, they could at least have put something out saying they were having technical difficulties and working on it rather than leaving people not knowing what was happening. Found two tweets asking them what was happening posted 3 and 5 hours ago and they didn't respond to those. There's a thread in their steam group, been open for 24 hours asking if the site was down and no answer there as well. I was having a problem about a week ago and tweeted them to ask for help - they didn't respond.

Like I said, used to think they were ok when contacting them through email. They got back to me in a day or two and solved those problems. If it's not via email, or if it's something affecting many they don't seem too good at keeping people informed.
