Is this a shiny Plusle?

It's in a horde with a Minun which I'm planning to catch since I already got a normal Plusle.

Shiny Plusles in previous games/generations had a darker skin tone than regular ones. So... :3

Seems like a regular Plusle to me. Still, check it's tag, if you see a star then it's definitely a shiny.
