So I have been holding off on crafting badges in hope of getting cards instead of coupons for them in the summer sale. Now I've managed to save up 59 completed sets so far.

I'm wondering though if I should use 22 of them to boost me to lvl 30 before the sale to take advantage of the booster pack bonus before everyone starts crafting.

Do you think the multiplier before the sale, or 22 additional summer sale cards would be better idea?

Craft them as soon as sale begins, to get possible summer cards instead of worthless coupons.

I'm also waiting for the sale to start to start crafting. I don't think the higher booster drop chance is worth it ( we can't know if we even get some booster packs before the sale begins).

Do booster packs even drop more often for high level accounts? I get 1 booster pack per week, and I don't even craft badges.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think booster packs work like this: you milk all the cards from a game and you then have a chance to receive a booster pack for that game, and the more games you own, the more booster packs you will receive.

levels increase that chance by 10% for every 10 levels.
