10 Gifter's have final word on their giveaways, no one else can force them to do anything about their giveaway unless it contradicts sg rules somehow

What if the creator wants to share his or her giveaway with members outside the chat? It kind of seems a bit strange so those two may need to be amended.

I'm interested...

I would be interested in joining. When I have my computer on and steam running, I tend to leave the chats I hang in regularly open, despite sometime not talking while in-game/afk, but there are plenty of times when I do partake in chat conversations, it's just sometimes I might be there and be silent for a little while, however I don't "Lurk", as in scroll through looking for giveaways. I only enter private chat giveaways that were posted while I was active, kinda a self rule :P, would be interested in taking part in this group ^^

Well, I could try a chat for a change, so I wouldn't really mind receiving an invite =P

I would join. But I am rebel, look at my entries/comments ratio :D. I think when everyone says thanks like its mandatory, it doesn't have a meaning.
