There is no Moonchild - Deluxe Edition (Game+Guide+Goodies) in giveaway list. Can this be fixed?

There are only giveaways for base game or deluxe contents as DLC.

Such things are not always possible, depending on how steam reports it.

Try creating a support ticket for it
(support->add game to list)
If it's possible, they'll add the game to the list, if not, they'll tell you.
