No, every one of them is a corrupt, power-hungry and abusive. They're so eager to ban people that they even ban your extra accounts to stop you from getting big profitz. sarcasm

A mod that has sent ore than he/she has won still won't make them fair or non-corrupt. Actually, the mods here have been some of the more lenient I have seen.

Lol, permanent suspensions can only be given out by the higher up mods from what I understand. I doubt they were abusing their power

I'm curious - did you honestly think that posting a public topic calling out the mods like this would help your friend's case in any way? On most websites, this would earn you a suspension of your own. Maybe a permanent one if the mods decide that "friend" means "alternate account".

Moderations have an appeal system. When you go around it, the moderation staff tend not to respond positively.
