That's how it works, yeah. You can also delete the cookie and go back on the site and it should set it back to where you are.

From personal experience, about half the time I changed the country code I was able to change it back by removing the cookie. The other half I don't remember, but I recall it involved just changing the ?cc= variable.

Add ?cc=xx to the end of URL

xx are your country digits, f.e. US, RU, UK.
