If a game has adult content in it, you must mark it as an adult game. You know a person from Steam checks out your game prior to release. The only way to bypass this is to cut the adult content from the base game, then add it back in through DLC, but people complain about that, too.

Non physical versions of games fall under the JMStV and because of this you can self label your product.
Maybe if you aim for something below 18, it may be wise to consult the USK to be sure. And then you would need to pay consulting fees.
If physical copys would be sold it may be different. As it would fall under the JuSchG instead.

I've only heard of 18+ games being allowed on Steam in Germany after applying for the USK 18 rating and paying that 1200€ fee. And these are all digital games, no physical copies. If there are new laws about this, maybe Germany can get many of these games unrestricted.

And yes with that at least the store and community page would be available through a direct link even if you can´t find them in the store while you search for. Much like the 18+ departments in video rental stores back in the day ;)

Oh, this is your game. The art does look good, so hopefully the plot is as well and the game does nicely. Although, I will say the logo for the title of the game is a bit mid.

Main Premise
Welcome to a brand new adventure. Our main hero, Seo, finds himself in a whole new world. Luckily for him, he landed just in the perfect spot to start his new adventure. Kawai's Route

Nagamatsu's Route
We come across Nagamatsu while walking through the forest. Nagamatsu is here hunting a large monster. She doesn't really care about you or your problems. It's better to stay out of her business.
The Final Verdict
This game is a visual novel. It has beautifully drawn artwork. It takes place in a world filled with magic and mystery. It has an intriguing story with both major and minor choices. It has a gallery where you can view all the backgrounds, CGS, and music tracks.
