Not sure if in your second point you are still writing about entered giveaways only or general, but you actually can filter the general list by region_restricted param, you just have to set the url manually:

I wonder why this website uses filtering and sorting options very less. A lot needs to be improved
For example whenever I wanna check my entered giveaways, I can't sort them by the time I joined (despote it shows when I joined but not in order)
Also we all know region restricted giveaways has a lot higher chance than normal GA but finding them is a lot harder.
I wish there was an option or a kind of filter search so I only could see region Restricted giveaways
I wonder if I'm wrong and these options really exists (as I'm new here)
