Welcome to Steam Gifts!
Please be aware that keys must be activated on your own steam account.
Giving away keys you won to other people is against the rules.

G2A is a grey market and the keys are uploaded by users. Who get them from wherever. There have been cases when it was proven that the "wherever" meant "keys bought with stolen credit cards". And they were revoked.

By giving away games. Games on the bundle list worth 15% US store price, rest full US store price, regardless of the amount of money you paid for it.

By hosting giveaways. I think any giveaway gets you to level 1 once its been marked as received, and then each other level happens once you contribute a certain amount of "real cv." If you giveaway bundled games you'll get 15% of the games list price to your real CV. If it's not bundled, you'll get 100% of it's list value added to your real cv.

The points recover themselves over time to a maximum of 300 points, you can't do anything to influence that yourself. Concerning the levels you already have two answers which tell you about it, so i wont need to explain anymore.

your points replenish over time, based on how many giveaways get created
your level increases as you give away games

Just out of curiosity, how many blacklists are you on by now?
(go to https://www.steamgifts.com/stats/personal/community and check the 5th graph)

Blacklist: user won't let you win anything from them. Whitelist: user put you on a special place so maybe they can make whitelist-only giveaways for those who are on that list.
Simply put: an "I don't like you" and an "I like you" list.

The reason I asked, there are quite a few petty people here (see ZemunBRE above) who blacklist for just about any reason. I was curious, as a control experiment, how many people blacklist for the kind of post you made.

I'd recommend editing the thread to sound less like you want to regift games you win. :P
Press the arrow next to "Open" on the top right corner of your thread, and click "Edit".
