(BUG) Sync my account now list of giveaways doesn't show up anything

Sometimes SteamAPI returns information that profile is either private or empty. And SG will sync your profile accordingly.

As it's problem on the Steam end - we can't do anything about it. It's especially bad during sales or other events when their servers are overloaded.

The problem was that Steam's wishlist function was borked for a while. Now that it has returned, the SG wishlist filter is again functioning as expected. Sync your account if you have not already done so.
