Square Enix Surprise Box Holiday 2016 [REVEAL]

It said steam games on their website but there can always be a code for their MMO game.

The people at Square Enix that put the "SURPRISE" box together probably know.

But didn't you knew the past times that were bundled (not all of the games) a few weeks later on Humble Bundle?

HITMAN is pretty much 100% going to be in this bundle. They bring out episode 1 in this bundle, produces more long term sales.

I've tentatively guessed at:

Final Fantasy game, probably lightning returns based of the pattern of previous boxes.
Lara Croft GO/Hitman Go, always a puzzler in there, good price range for the box.
Deus Ex the fall or invisible war, cheap and they share the love around their major "brands" Deus Ex should get a look in.
Probably a second FF game but I wouldn't be surprised to see the MMO get a "downloadable" or "free month".
My BIG wildcard is Just Cause 3, they've packaged it cheaply with Tomb Raider on steam, Just Cause 2 was in an earlier box, its big enough to promote future sales without being too silly eg, I Am Setsuna, Turing Test, Dragon Quest.
There will be a double pack like Kayne & Lynch or a few of their old cheaper titles.

Of course just my guesses which have changed a couple of times in this thread reading others opinions, but its fun to speculate! :)

You can almost guarantee yourself lightning returns! I'd say there's a strong chance at a GO title too!

I'm living in hope of Dragon Quest or I am Setsuna, but there's very little chance of that, it'll be an insanely good deal if they did that. I own Just Cause 3, but I wouldn't be surprised for them to throw it in their for so cheap even if the overall pricing seems off.

Gah, now that you mention it the Hitman Intro pack is exactly the type of thing they would put in here.

I'm also guessing Hitman GO, Life is Strange Complete Season, a FF game (VII?), Lara Croft GO, Thief Gold, and some piece of complete garbage (Gyromancer?).

The suggested retail value is always calculated from base prices, so, with 7 games instead of the usual 5, their average base price will be €10, unless they do a trick and consider Hitman Intro as two games (Prologue and Episode 1).
This pretty much rules out the most recent AAA games, except the aforementioned Hitman Intro.

By the way, their store has the same prices as Steam (and every other authorized distributor), except that there's no third-party involved, so they take 100% of the sales after paying taxes.

First episode of the new Hitman is pretty likely, the rest are not going to happen

I am very disappointed-was hoping for rise of the tomb raider as I already have JC3.

Far too recent and popular a game to stick in such a cheap bundle.

I would say that's fairly unlikely and this discount definitely doesn't change anything as the game had the same price during the Autumn sale last month.

pretty much no chance at all for this game to be in. The full price of the game is $60 that would leave $20 for the 6 other games at full price.

The only way this was going in was with a price change, not a discount, otherwise they would have advertised the bundle at being worth more. I was putting money on them lowering the price point before the bundle and putting it in there.

Still at £9.99 I'm sure a lot of people in this thread will be happy! :) its a really good saving.

Now Dragon Quest Heroes at £24.99 though...I have a new found excitement at its chances of being in the bundle, my official change of opinion is now Just Cause 3 is not in and Dragon Quest is in(they were/are both optimistic hopes rather than realistic guesses).

I hope not since I already bought it during the last sale :).

VPN it and risk being region locked, get a friend to buy for you or what I'd personally do is submit a ticket to SE and find out what the issue is. :)

I doubt the games would be region locked for Turkey.

There's no Brazil too... I just set it to Portugal for no reason and it worked.
