Given the lack of alphabetical sorting, the fact that Hotline, Beat Cop, and Dustforce are at the top, and the fact that Starbound is at the end? Yeah, seems fairly likely, even before checking against the support pages for previous bundles. :P
Still, the fact that Starbound is getting bundled again is nice. Here's hoping it'll make its way to BTA sooner rather than later.

I guess Starbound's stable sales and cult following throughout the years doesn't make the dev very willing to sell it cheap. A game in BTA tier typically earns ~$1 for the dev. Even if the bundle is wildly popular and sells 300k bundles (rare, more typical is 50-150k), this gets Starbound's dev $300k. For a game that earned betwen $30m and $100 million so far.
It's not impossible... But I'd be surprised.

Well, hence my "sooner rather than later". As you noted, I don't expect it to be hitting lower bundle tiers any time soon either.

But no, my point was more that the dev doesn't seem opposed to rebundles- that is to say, their previous one wasn't just a one-off.
Meaning, it's a good sign that they MAY do a lower tier one in the future and that it MAY not be as long as it could be.
I'll take what positive signs I can get. ~.^

The games themselves are not bad, most have already been bundled. Depending on the tier maybe Hypnospace Outlaw will be worth it?

For me everything depends what will be in each tier. Unfortunately dont have only 4 from this list (but there are some interesting I dont have). Probably they will be mostly in higher tiers, but maybe at last one will be in T1 or f.e. 3 in tier 2 :). We will see.

Depending on the price, I'd buy it for Moonlighter, Hyper Light Drifter, and Starbound. The others I already have, except Hypnospace Outlaw, which doesn't appeal to me.

I think I have all those, but I would want Starbound for a friend. Was planning on playing some survival game with two other friends during the ongoing isolation. I thougt of either Terraria, Starbound or Conan Exiles. So, getting Starbound cheap for the friend who doesn't have any of those games would be a nice thing. Unless it's Tier 3...
