A Question About The Games We Won

Hi everyone. My friend won a giveaway and received his game as a gift. He kept the game in his gift inventory and traded it for another game. He get suspended on steamgifts for sometime, but we don't know about the other guy.

My question is, what about the other guy? He doesn't know that the game was won on steamgifts. He gets suspended too for trading it?

No. He didn't break the site rules by trading away his win. He wasn't to know that your friend is a rule breaker.
