Seriously now. A giveaway is a giveaway no matter what. If this website would be only for contributors then it would become something like a free-to-play game with shitloads of PAY-TO-WIN content which i really hate

Wow... Everyone seems to think that the giveaways should be for contributors only. It's obviously the ENTRIES that are for contributors only. This means that unless you've already contributed, you won't receive any entries on your GA's. I think it's a perfect idea. It wouldn't destroy this site at all. Ever. Not at any point in time would it happen. Not possible. It's beyond human comprehension.

Nope. Most definitely not. Giving away games isn't the only way people can contribute to this site. Everyone's situation and priorities are different, and not everybody has the resources to buy games to give away.

The setting (or not) of a contributor limit should always be at the discretion of the gifter.

Dude when I first got here I didn't even know if the site was legit. I only made my first GA after getting my first wich I belive was the same for a lot o people.

I kinda see where your going with this but, at the same time it doesnt seem like a good idea. Most people here enter giveaways because they don't have the money right now for games and need it for other things.

I do not believe that giveaways should be contributor only. It will only make it that people will giveaway a cheap items to become a contributor or not bother joining at all. What I believe in is short time limits. Giveaways that last for a month generates too many entries. After 1,000 entries, you may as well say you are not going to win. When I make a giveaway, it is always for only one hour. This way, the fewer people that enter have a better chance of winning.

What about braindead users can't enter giveaways gimmick.

All have to get the same chances to win a game... , if you want to do a contributibe giveaway do that or if you want to enter in this ones, do that but don´t disturb the other people who just enter or for example not have a credit card to buy games and get games from bundle from friends and others...

With the way contributor giveaways work right now, it would be impossible for newcomers to enter.
