I don`t think this is the right place to ask, try google or somewhere else.

It's odd, I have a GT620M which is not really a beast and I can run it at stable 60FPS entirely maxed out, this game should run like a charm.
Try lowering the resolution, offing the AA, also if you have dual GPU (like I do) then make sure that your game is not using the integrated (for me Intel HD 4000) but the dedicated graphics card.
Edit: As I see on your profile you played 50 hours of Skyrim, if you can run Skyrim in any framerate then your PC should eat ASAMU for breakfast.

Hello. Today I wanted to try this game and I had really low framerate. My PC should run it on low settings, but my framerate is terrible. I found that disabling Dynamic Lightning helped someone, but I don't know what .ini file I should tweak. I found that this .ini file should be in system subfolder of the game, but I don't have that folder. What should I do? Thanks for your time, Carl :)
